What every member receives
It often starts before you have decided. The Edit and the members hub keep the hotels and destinations worth knowing in front of you. Not sure where to go? Tell your concierge what you are after and we shape the trip around it.
We point you to the ones we would book ourselves, the great names and the independents that match them, with an honest view on which suits your trip and which does not.
Luxury hotels rarely give their best rate, or a full suite of benefits, to guests who book direct. Those are reserved for a small number of trusted travel partners. Booking with us means we include all benefits available, request an upgrade, brief your preferences and arrange everything before you arrive.

Who pays
Luxury hotels pay a commission on stays we arrange, the same commission they would pay any professional travel advisor. We simply insist that the member sees the benefit of it: in upgrades, credits and care rather than in our margins. That is why membership is free, and why it stays free.
