Membership
Membership is complimentary, by application or invitation. You book the hotels you already wanted; we make every stay better than it would have been.
Agents sell trips. We look after members. You choose where to go; we handle everything that decides whether the stay is merely booked or properly arranged: the rate that carries benefits, the briefing before you arrive, the recognition when you walk in.
No fees. No markups. Ever.
Nine short questions about how you travel. We review every application personally, within two business days.
One email address for everything. Your preferences noted once, remembered on every stay after.
We book directly with the hotel on the rate that carries your benefits. You settle with the hotel itself, as always.
The upgrade where available, the credit, the early check-in, the welcome that says they know who you are.
Requested before arrival and honoured where available; often the difference between a room and a memory.
Typically $100 per stay, to spend on dinner, the spa or the bar. On the house, because you booked well.
The two hours that decide whether a travel day feels rushed or civilised, arranged where available.
One address for plans, questions and the requests you would feel silly asking a call centre.
Booking windows, festive weeks and the suites that never reach the public site.
You pay the hotel what you would have paid anyway, and usually arrive to more.
Who pays
Luxury hotels pay a commission on stays we arrange, the same commission they would pay any professional travel advisor. We simply insist that the member sees the benefit of it: in upgrades, credits and care rather than in our margins. That is why membership is free, and why it stays free.
