Membership is complimentary, by application or invitation. You book the hotels you already wanted; we make every stay better than it would have been.

A travel club, not a travel agent

Agents sell trips. We look after members. You choose where to go; we handle everything that decides whether the stay is merely booked or properly arranged: the rate that carries benefits, the briefing before you arrive, the recognition when you walk in.

The hotels pay us, never you

Luxury hotels pay a commission on stays we arrange, the same commission they would pay any professional travel advisor. We simply insist that the member sees the benefit of it: in upgrades, credits and care rather than in our margins. That is why membership is free, and why it stays free.
