Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These terms govern your use of our websites at luminariclub.com and members.luminariclub.com (the "Sites"). By using the Sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Who we are

The Sites are operated by Luminari Travel Ltd, trading as The Luminari Club, registered in England and Wales (company number 17254177), registered office 24 Haines House, 10 Charles Clowes Walk, London SW11 7AH ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at contact@luminariclub.com.

2. About the Sites

Our public site tells you about the club and how membership works. The Members Zone is a private area for members to manage their Guest Passport and travel preferences. Some areas require you to be a member and signed in. These terms apply to all of it; where you book travel, our Booking Conditions also apply.

3. Using the Sites

You may use the Sites for your own lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

4. Your account

If you hold a Members Zone account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@luminariclub.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached.

5. Information you give us

You agree that information you provide through the Sites is accurate and that you have the right to provide it, including any details of other people in your household. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Sites, including text, design, graphics, the sun mark and the Luminari name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Sites for commercial purposes without our written consent. All third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

7. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the Sites accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information and may contain errors or become out of date. Descriptions of benefits, hotels and services are indicative and subject to availability and to the terms confirmed at the time of booking. Nothing on the Sites is an offer capable of acceptance or advice on which you should solely rely.

8. Links to other sites

The Sites may link to third-party websites, such as government travel advice or supplier pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Sites available but cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them. We are not liable for the Sites being unavailable at any time.

10. Our liability

The Sites are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites, including indirect or consequential loss and any loss of data, profit or business. You are responsible for ensuring your device and security software are adequate to access the Sites safely.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here.

12. Governing law

These terms and your use of the Sites are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
